• The content of your conversation with the assistant
• Basic technical data such as the page where the conversation took place and approximate session timestamp

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data through the assistant.

2. How we use this information

The information collected through conversations is used for the following purposes:

• Lead qualification: To identify visitors with genuine interest and notify the client (the business where the assistant is installed) so they can follow up
• Service improvement: Conversations are periodically reviewed by the Presencia AI team to refine the assistant's responses, tone, and accuracy
• Monthly reporting: Anonymized and aggregated conversation data is used to generate a monthly insights report for the client, covering topics most asked about, conversion points, and visitor intent patterns
• Client reporting: Conversation data is shared with the client whose website hosts the assistant, via a Google Sheet or equivalent tool

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Conversation review

By continuing a conversation with a Presencia AI assistant, you acknowledge that the conversation may be reviewed by members of the Presencia AI team for quality assurance, service improvement, and reporting purposes. This review is conducted confidentially and solely to improve the assistant's performance for the client whose site you are visiting.

4. Data sharing

Your conversation data is shared with:

• The client (the business that operates the website where you interacted with the assistant) — they receive your contact details and conversation summary to follow up with you
• Our infrastructure providers — we use third-party services (such as cloud hosting and database providers) to operate the assistant; these providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data retention

Conversation data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service to our clients, and for a reasonable period thereafter for improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
